California Association of Judgment Professionals

The CAJP was formed by a small group of dedicated, experienced judgment enforcement professionals, living and operating businesses in the State of California whose purpose is to organize and to share ideas, experience and resources in the judgment collection industry. Since its founding in 1999 the CAJP has grown to include over 130 members based from Redding to San Diego, from the Pacific Coast to South Lake Tahoe and Bakersfield.

Since the CAJP is dedicated to the State of California only, we are able to provide tailored services that include but are not limited to skip tracing, asset location, judgment enforcement, pre-litigation research, process service, document production, records searches, and any other needs our clientele might require. Many of our members have established skills to effect judgment recovery in all 50 states as well as internationally.

Most of our members are also associated with other national organizations, which helps to maintain contacts with trained, dedicated collectors all over the United States, should needs arise beyond our scope of activity.
