Manzo In The Cavalcade FC Field
Top Alcohol Funny Car is one of the feature attractions at the 2nd Annual B’laster PB50 Cavalcade of Stars presented by Budweiser, and the absolute master of that class is Frank Manzo. Frank ran here last year at the inaugural Cavalcade, and we just learned that he will be back here this weekend for the second running of the NHRA Division Three event. Manzo is 11-time Top Alcohol Funny Car world champ, is as dominant now as he has ever been, and has the records to prove it. He has driven his Lucas Oil Products Chevy Monte Carlo to six national and five divisional wins since his last loss, which occurred during the second round at the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA National event here last July 1. Having Frank Manzo back for this year’s event tops an extensive list of Alcohol Funny Cars already pre-registered to run here this coming weekend.
The list of Alcohol Funny Car entries reads lake a who’s who of NHRA contenders that includes Frank Manzo, Morganville, New Jersey, Daniel Wilkerson, Springfield, Illinois, Mick Snyder, DeMotte, Indiana, Jeff Wilson, Winfield, Missouri, Andy Bohl, Racine Wisconsin, John Bojec, Chardon, Ohio, Brian M.
