Summit Motorsports Park offers a full complement of food service facilities. The concession stands offer high quality foods prepared in a safe and sanitary environment – served quickly by a friendly, helpful crew.
The juicy Steakburger is one third pound of Angus beef – or, try the Suicide Burger – two ⅓ lb. Angus beef patties, bacon, BBQ sauce, American cheese, and Nacho cheese sauce. The Hot Dog – made by Berks Packing of Reading, PA – has outstanding flavor. Other specialties included Chicken Fingers, a mouth-watering Philly Steak, Nitro Nachos, and Chili Cheese Fries. The fries come in two sizes – big and bigger – actually, a half pound or a full pound of fries! The air is alive with the aroma of freshly popping corn, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, and hot jumbo pretzels. Breakfast is served during many events and includes freshly baked jumbo cinnamon rolls.
At the Pizza Stand, you can get a slice of pepperoni pizza as good and fresh as any neighborhood pizzeria – or, try the delicious Meatball “Trucker” – Summit Motorsports Park’s knife and fork version of a meatball sub. In the mid-pit area, visit The Pit Stop for a half-pound Angus chopped steak sandwich or the Hog Sandwich – a giant BBQ Pork sandwich topped with crisp-fried onion straws.
And, you can’t leave without visiting Wild Bill’s Ice Cream Saloon for Summit Motorsports Park's famous “pound of ice cream for a dollar” – the biggest bargain at any track in the world!
